Psionic Blasts are blasts of psychic energy fired from the mind. These blasts are raw emotion turned into energy, capable of causing mental pain or knocking a person uconscious.
This is a hybrid power of a Cupid-Witch. The only known user is Prue Halliwell, who gained it as a development of her empathy. She can fire these blasts from her forehead in an expanding wave. It can be used to overwhelm demons, as they cannot handle human emotions. Prue has used this power to knock several demons unconscious at once.

- As these blasts are raw emotion, being who can drain emotions are immune and can aborb the blasts.
