Oliver was a warlock loyal to another warlock named Bastion. In order to join his coven, Oliver was sent to seduce and then kill witches. His last target was Laura Mitchell. He pretended to be a charming gentleman, though underneath he was a ruthless killer.
History
Shortly after meeting Bastion, Oliver seduced and killed a member of the Solaris coven named Adriana and stole her power. He then met and started dating Laura. When the twins learned about the murders and talked to Zoey, they began to suspect that either Oliver or Luke was the warlock. Meanwhile, Oliver observed them from a distance and reported back to Bastion.
To discover the truth and to vanquish the warlock, the twins and Melinda asked them both to come to a rave. Once there, Oliver quickly revealed his true nature and attacked, though the witches escaped in the crowd. After they met up with Ryan, Oliver attacked all three of them. After Oliver hit Ryan in the shoulder with his athame, Laura and Melinda were able to defeat him by using a flash potion and freezing him. Laura then used the vanquishing potion and reduced him to ashes.

- Blinking: The ability to teleport from one location in the blink of an eye.
- Pain Infliction: The ability to inflict horrible pain on others with the mind. Oliver stole this power from a witch named Adriana.
Passive Powers
- Power Absorption: The ability to steal the magical powers of others. As a warlock, Oliver could absorb powers through an athame.
- Immunity: The ability to be immune to certain powers, spells or potions. Oliver was immune to Melinda's Molecular Immobilization.
- Immortality: The ability to possess a possibly infinite lifespan and an arrested aging process.
